There is a physician available by telephone 24 hours a day, seven days a week for established patients. If you have an urgent question which cannot wait until the next business day, call our office for instructions on how to reach a doctor.

If you have questions about our services, accepted forms of insurance, our facility, or our physicians, please feel call our office and we will be happy to assist you.

We are located in the Meridian Medical Building, (next to Premiere Cinemas). Our office is on the second floor, last door at the end of the hall.
